As you already know, my name is Oleh Mordach, I'm Project Manager and I'm really excited about what I'm working on.
I live and work in Lviv - a beautiful city in western part of Ukraine. I like to go on hiking trips during weekends. It's not only exercises, but it allows me to enjoy of nature and get away from the cares of the day.
I'm responsible for the whole process of project development.
My typical workday begins by checking the results of Automation testing. We are using Behat with Mink to automate regression testing on our biggest laravel project and Jenkins + Docker for continuous integration.
Next, I have a meeting with the team where we discuss plans for today.
During the day I collaborate with our developers, explain them new tasks if needed, check statuses and progress of tasks.
Also, I'm preparing reports for our customers and holding meetings with them, where I show our progress and discuss new tasks. And I plan a development process and distribute tasks among the dev team.
